This website is operated by DRT Automotive, trading as ECUMaster Ireland, based in Ireland. We are an authorised dealer of ECUMaster products and supply engine management hardware, software, and related services.

• Digital products (downloads, firmware, licenses)

• Services, including but not limited to technical support, tuning advice, and configuration assistance

We sell to:

• Consumers (B2C)

• Businesses (B2B) including garages, workshops, and motorsport teams

Some consumer rights described in Irish and EU law apply only to B2C customers and do not apply to B2B purchases.

All products and services are supplied subject to availability.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is free from errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

We ship to Ireland and selected European countries.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control.

For deliveries within the EU, customs duties should not normally apply; however, local taxes or charges remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Digital products (including firmware, software, and license files):

• Are supplied electronically

• Are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

• May not be refunded once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All products must be installed and configured by suitably qualified persons

• The customer is solely responsible for ensuring correct installation, calibration, and use

• We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation, tuning, configuration, or misuse

Technical advice or support provided by us is offered in good faith but does not replace professional judgment or responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any engine damage, mechanical failure, loss of performance, loss of use, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services

• We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect tuning, misuse, or operation outside manufacturer specifications

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.

In the event of conflict, those policies take precedence where applicable.
